A full-circle Hult Ashridge journey

  • Executive Coach & Coaching Facilitator

  • Master's in Executive Coaching, Class of 2025

  • Ashridge Accredited · EMCC Senior Practitioner · ICF-PCC

Adel's journey into coaching began with a search for more meaningful, purpose-driven work. After more than a decade in finance, he first trained through an ICF pathway. Then, drawn back to Hult following his earlier master's degree, he joined the Hult Master's in Executive Coaching at Ashridge to engage more critically with his coaching work. Today, his practice includes coaching for our sister organisation, Hult Ashridge Executive Education, helping to deliver custom leadership coaching to some of the world's most influential companies.

“What I found at Ashridge was a different level of depth. It wasn't only about how to coach, but about understanding the layers beneath the practice. It has challenged me to think more critically about how I show up as a coach.”

Opportunities within our ecosystem

Our participants tell us that the peer network is a rich source of learning and partnership opportunities. Formal opportunities also abound, with official coaching networks at your fingertips.

What our graduates say

A group of people, predominantly women, raise their hands in what appears to be a conference or workshop setting.

When we surveyed our coaching graduates at our 2025 graduation ceremony, we learned:

  • Every participant reported a deepening of their coaching capability

  • Many had already gained new clients, changed roles, or launched their own practice

  • Most described a shift away from tools towards a more relational, responsive way of working
