Our accredited pathway builds from Postgraduate Certificate up to a Diploma, Ashridge Accreditation, and Master's.

STAGE 1

Postgraduate Certificate in Team Coaching

Our research-informed postgraduate certificate is designed to help you understand why teams succeed—and what can hold them back. Gain the clarity and confidence to understand what's happening beneath the surface, and when and how to intervene effectively on this highly experiential group-based programme.


Part-time format

4 intensive, experiential workshops at Ashridge (10 days total), including skills practice and live supervision, and a reflective journal


Cohorts

1 per year, enrolling in March

Outcomes

You'll graduate with the organisational understanding and relational skills to lead complex team coaching engagements. You'll develop a deeper capacity for group reflection and the judgement required to intervene effectively in high-pressure organisational environments.

STAGE 2

Postgraduate Diploma in Team Coaching

Stage two is the gateway to earning your accreditation and becoming an Ashridge Accredited Team Coach—a clear signal of your professional credibility. We are one of only a few providers whose Postgraduate Diploma includes an integrated fast-track to Senior Practitioner Team Coach status with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).


Part-time format

This is an assessment-only module, comprising:

  • One half-day preparation workshop

  • Live coaching assessment, and

  • Submitted evidence of coaching practice


Requirements

You'll need to have completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching to apply for accreditation.

Outcomes

Upon completion of the Postgraduate Diploma, you will earn Ashridge Accredited Team Coach status and fast-tracked EMCC Senior Practitioner Team Coach status from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council—a clear, internationally recognised signal of your professional credibility and advanced capability.

STAGE 3

Master's in Team Coaching (MSc.)

Your optional master's year is a year of discovery and the final stage of your coaching qualification journey. By placing your own practice at the heart of a mindful inquiry, you'll refine your professional voice and gain the confidence and credentials to lead at the highest levels of the coaching profession.


Part-time format

  • 4 intensive, experiential workshops at Ashridge (12 days total)

  • 5 half-day supervision sessions (2.5 days total)

  • Reflective inquiry: case study dissertation
