Professional experience
A minimum of three years' experience in an organisational coaching, consulting, or mentoring role that involves development of others in their professional remit.
Educational background
An undergraduate or master's degree (or equivalent academic award). For mature practitioners without these qualifications, we look for evidence of appropriate conceptual and study skills.
English proficiency
Programmes are taught in English, so english proficiency is mandatory
