Learning to coach anyone at depth—from anywhere

  • Executive Coach & Negotiation Guide

  • Class of 2025

Unable to travel from her home in Belgium, Tinka chose Hult's online Executive Coaching programme because she was looking for a deeper, more meaningful way to develop her coaching practice.

From the first session, she found the programme's theoretical rigour and pioneering relational approach resonated with her own values and coaching philosophy. Studying online also enabled her to learn alongside peers from around the world, whose diverse perspectives enriched every discussion.

For Tinka, the programme proved that it is possible to access world-class teaching, join a truly global learning community, and deepen your coaching practice—even when personal circumstances make travelling tricky.

A significant part of executive coaching today happens online. This programme didn’t just prepare me for that reality—it helped me master it.
