See the bigger business picture

Business decisions rarely fit into one category.

A product launch involves marketing, finance, operations, technology, and people. A growth strategy depends on data, customer insight, leadership, and execution. The General Management Track helps you understand how these pieces connect.

You’ll build a foundation across business disciplines, then choose courses that reflect your goals and interests. This flexible approach gives you room to explore before committing to one narrow career path.

You’ll develop the ability to look at a business challenge from different angles, ask better questions, and recommend practical ways forward.

The General Management Track could be a strong fit if you:

Enjoy connecting ideas across different areas of business

Are considering consulting, product, strategy, finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship

Want to develop a balanced mix of professional and human skills

Apply your skills to real challenges

The wider Master’s in Management experience includes practical business challenges, a capstone project, and opportunities to work on briefs connected to real organizations.

Depending on the project, outputs could include:

Business strategy recommendations

Market or customer analysis

Financial scenarios

Operational improvement plans

New product or venture concepts

Data-informed business cases

Boardroom-ready presentations

Abstract neural network design with "AI Lab" text, on a gradient background of blue and purple.

Build your AI fluency

AI is changing how organizations analyze problems, create content, automate work, and make decisions.

The Master’s in Management experience includes dedicated opportunities to build practical AI skills and apply them to real business challenges. You’ll also develop the human judgment to test outputs, recognize limitations, and decide when a different approach is needed.

A general management perspective matters in an AI-enabled workplace because the most useful questions are often bigger than the technology itself. What problem are you solving? Who is affected? What is the value? What could go wrong?

A global view of business

You’ll work with classmates from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds. That experience will challenge your assumptions and help you see how business decisions change across markets and communities.

The Master’s in Management is based at Hult Boston, Hult London, or Hult Dubai, with opportunities to expand your global experience through campus rotations and city seminars, subject to availability.
