Understand the numbers behind the decision

The Finance Track helps you understand how organizations manage money, evaluate opportunities, and make decisions about growth, investment, and performance. You’ll develop practical skills in financial analysis, investment management, budgeting, and financial decision-making.

You’ll also learn to connect financial information with the wider business context. That means asking the right questions, weighing risk and opportunity, and explaining your recommendations to people who may not have a finance background.

The result is a focused finance pathway within a broad management degree. You’ll build financial capability while developing the communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills needed to work across an organization.

Use new tools. Keep your judgment.

AI is changing how businesses analyze information, model scenarios, and make decisions. Your Master’s in Management experience includes opportunities to use AI for analysis, automation, content generation, and productivity.

On the Finance Track, you’ll build the judgment to question what the numbers and tools are telling you. You’ll consider the quality of the information, test assumptions, recognize limitations, and make decisions that reflect the wider business context.

The goal is not to accept an output because it looks precise. It’s to know what to check, what to challenge, and what the decision requires.

Build a global view of finance

You’ll work with classmates from different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds. That experience will challenge you to consider how financial decisions affect different markets and stakeholders.

The Master’s in Management is based at Hult Boston, Hult London, or Hult Dubai, with opportunities to expand your global experience through campus rotations and city seminars, subject to availability.
