Turn analysis into action

Organizations have more data than ever. The challenge is turning that information into insight people can use.

In the Analytics Track, you’ll build the ability to understand data, ask better business questions, and make evidence-informed decisions. You’ll explore data-driven insights, business intelligence, AI, visualization, and analytical decision-making as part of a broader MBA built around leadership, strategy, and real business challenges.

You’ll also develop the communication and critical-thinking skills needed to explain what the data means, what it doesn’t tell you, and what the business should do next. It’s a practical foundation for experienced professionals ready to accelerate their careers, influence senior decisions, and progress toward C-suite leadership.

The Analytics Track could be a strong fit if you:

Have around 10 years of professional experience and want to use data to influence decisions at a more senior level

Are ready to connect analytical insight with strategy, operations, customers, finance, or transformation

Are targeting a future in business analytics, consulting, business intelligence, product, digital transformation, or executive leadership

Develop a portfolio of applied work

You’ll work through practical challenges, simulations, team projects, and business cases. You may need to assess performance, interpret business intelligence, evaluate a transformation opportunity, or explain a data-informed recommendation to senior stakeholders.

The Hult AI Lab gives you the opportunity to apply AI to analysis, automation, content generation, productivity, and real business challenges. Your capstone challenge connects your learning to a real company brief, helping you turn evidence into a recommendation and communicate what should happen next.

Depending on the project, outputs could include:

Business intelligence dashboard

Data visualization or executive insight report

Performance analysis with recommended actions

Data-informed growth or transformation recommendation

AI-enabled analytics workflow

Executive presentation or boardroom-ready data story

Capstone recommendation for a real company brief

Make better decisions with data and AI

AI can process information quickly. Leaders still need to decide what matters.

In the Hult AI Lab, you’ll explore how AI and analytical tools can support business analysis, automation, content generation, and productivity. You’ll apply those tools to real challenges while considering the wider business context, the quality of the evidence, and the consequences of acting on an insight.

You’ll also learn to question assumptions, test outputs, and recognize when the evidence is incomplete, biased, or misleading. Complete the AI Lab, and you’ll earn the Hult Certificate in Applied AI alongside your MBA, with a portfolio of applied work that can help you demonstrate how you use data and AI to support better decisions.

A global context

Data is informed by people, markets, and decisions. You’ll study at Hult Boston or Hult London and work with an international cohort made up of different cultures, industries, and professional backgrounds.

Through collaborative projects, city seminars, and Global Campus Rotation opportunities where available, you’ll explore how context affects interpretation and how assumptions differ across markets. That perspective will help you communicate insight in a way people can use and make stronger decisions as a senior leader in a global organization.
