Build what comes next

In the Entrepreneurship Track, you’ll develop the mindset and skills to move from opportunity to action. You’ll explore entrepreneurial finance, pitching, social entrepreneurship, innovation, and venture development while building the wider management capability to lead teams and make decisions.

The track is designed for experienced professionals with around 10 years of experience who want to accelerate their careers, become founders, lead innovation in an established organization, grow a family business, or progress toward senior and C-suite leadership.

Course examples

Entrepreneurial Finance

Pitching

Social Entrepreneurship

Marketing Strategy

Financial Management

The Entrepreneurship Track could be a strong fit if you:

Have around 10 years of professional experience and want to turn an idea, opportunity, or ambition into something with real value

Are ready to lead through uncertainty, make decisions with incomplete information, and bring people with you

Are targeting a future as a founder, venture builder, innovation leader, business development leader, or senior executive

Develop a portfolio of applied work

You’ll develop entrepreneurial capability through skills challenges, design sprints, simulations, team projects, business challenges, and presentations. You may need to identify a market opportunity, define a customer problem, build a proposition, develop a business model, assess financial viability, or pitch an idea to a panel.

The Hult AI Lab gives you the opportunity to apply AI to market research, ideation, analysis, content generation, productivity, and venture development. Your capstone challenge connects your learning to a real company brief, helping you apply entrepreneurial thinking to a complex business problem.

Depending on the project, outputs could include:

Venture opportunity assessment

Customer problem and validation summary

Business model and value proposition

Go-to-market plan

Venture financial model

Investor or stakeholder pitch deck

Capstone recommendation for a real company brief

Build ventures with AI and judgment

In the Hult AI Lab, you’ll explore how AI can support analysis, ideation, productivity, automation, and venture development. You’ll apply those tools to real business challenges while considering customer needs, commercial viability, originality, and the wider consequences of your decisions.

You’ll also develop the judgment to question AI outputs, protect original thinking, consider ethical issues, and decide where human insight creates the difference. Complete the AI Lab, and you’ll earn the Hult Certificate in Applied AI alongside your MBA, with a portfolio of applied work that can help you demonstrate how you use AI to create value.

Bring your idea to the world

Entrepreneurial opportunities look different across markets. You’ll study at Hult Boston or Hult London and meet classmates from different countries, cultures, industries, and professional backgrounds.

Through collaborative projects, city seminars, and Global Campus Rotation opportunities where available, you’ll challenge your assumptions about customers, business models, risk, and value. You’ll learn to adapt ideas to different markets while staying focused on the problem you’re trying to solve, an essential perspective for senior leaders operating across borders.
