Meet the Speaker

Kirsty MacGregor, MA MBA MSc PG DipEd

Kirsty is an international coach, consultant and speaker specialising in developing high-potential leaders, nurturing entrepreneurs and providing 'thinking partnership' for senior executives.

She co-founded the University of Edinburgh's Global Compassion Initiative in 2015 and has been a co-director since. Over the past decade, Kirsty has been exploring topics such as the interface between Compassion & AI and Compassion & Climate Health with leading international researchers.

Kirsty has also trained and supervised coaches in programs for RTC Leadership & Intouch Networks and served as co-head for Europe at Simplified Coach Inc.

In addition to her academic and professional background, Kirsty integrates over three decades of mindfulness meditation, yoga and personal development into her coaching practice.
