All of our apprenticeships are developed and regularly reviewed by our expert faculty, to ensure that the latest research and critical thinking is included to tackle the ever-changing organisational landscapes and challenges faced by leaders and their businesses.
We teach through a combination of live online session, on-site training days and virtual study. All learning materials are accessible to the apprentice 24/7 on Canvas.
Throughout the apprentice's time at Ashridge, we hold regular progress reviews and tripartite meetings between a member of our apprentice support team, the apprentice, and their line manager to discuss progression so far and any additional support needs.
Ashridge takes care to ensure applicants are comfortable and successful. Response times from staff are exceptional and the general atmosphere created by the staff is extremely welcoming.
