Apprenticeships at Hult Ashridge

All of our apprenticeships are developed and regularly reviewed by our expert faculty, to ensure that the latest research and critical thinking is included to tackle the ever-changing organisational landscapes and challenges faced by leaders and their businesses.

We teach through a combination of live online session, on-site training days and virtual study. All learning materials are accessible to the apprentice 24/7 on Canvas.

Throughout the apprentice's time at Ashridge, we hold regular tripartite meetings between a member of our apprentice support team, the apprentice, and their line manager to discuss progression so far and any additional support needs.

20% Off the Job

This programme requires 20% off-the-job training.

This is a statutory requirement that means the learning takes place during the apprentice's normal, paid working hours, for the purpose of achieving the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard.

Funding & admissions

This programme is fully funded under the UK apprenticeship levy for employers in England.
