Our Executive Doctorate in Organizational Change combines a fundamentally pragmatic approach, rooted in the experiences of professional practice, with a program of the highest academic standards. Program content is immediately applicable back in your workplace and you are encouraged to share your personal experiences with fellow participants in a collegiate learning environment.
The program is designed in three modules, which provide a progressive pathway through inquiries that combine, at each stage, an increasing depth of understanding about the construction and use of knowledge as well as its application in a particular field of practice.

- Module 2: Developing Inquiries and Presenting Experience, Summer 2020 - December 2021
- Module 3: Testing Propositions and Formulating Practical Implications, Jan 2021 - Oct 2022
You will develop the disciplines and skills of reflective writing, through practical assignments as you progress inquiry. The development of the final thesis is an opportunity for an extended practical inquiry with the support of your supervisor and cohort peers.
