Masters in Executive Coaching

Our flagship coaching qualification, taught by faculty with extensive experience in psychotherapy and organisational development. This is a flexible, part-time professional coaching course resulting in accreditation by Ashridge and the EMCC.

Masters in Executive Coaching


The Masters in Executive Coaching aims to help participants to develop their coaching style towards a more mindful and relational presence, and to ground their presence and skills in deep understanding of the four dimensions of executive coaching.

The degree is designed for those who already have some level of experience of coaching or organisational development.

Dates & Fees

Duration: 2 years, part-time

Location: Ashridge House

Start dates:

  • 17th May 2021
  • 18th October 2021
  • 3rd March 2021

Study options: The PG Certificate allows for two options of focus:

  1. Option 1 - Individual Coaching
  2. Option 2 - Team Coaching


  1. PG Certificate: £ 8,900
  2. PG Certificate + PG Diploma: £ 12,300
  3. Full Masters: £ 23,175

All fees are excluding VAT

Application process

The application process will require the candidate to:

  • Submit a completed application form or online application
  • Provide details of two referees
  • Attend a face-to-face interview at Ashridge or a Skype interview

Entry requirements

  • An undergraduate or master degree, or equivalent academic award, or if you are a mature individual without an academic qualification, evidence of appropriate conceptual and study skills
  • Minimum of three years' experience in an organisational consulting or coaching role
  • Proficiency in English
