Team Coaching Open Day

What makes a great Team Coach? As organisational consultants and coaches, it’s important to be able to coach teams and groups – understanding team dynamics, recognising and appreciating derailment and underperformance and increasing organisational impact.

If you want to enhance your skills as an organisational consultant and develop your ability to intervene with teams, you might want to explore our Team Coaching for Consultants Programme.

In this virtual session, Programme Director, Dorothy Stoffels and Erik de Haan – Director of the Ashridge Centre for Coaching shared insight about team coaching as a practice, as well as more about the Team Coaching for Consultants programme and the research that underpins it.
