Seeing Differently; Compassion

As action researchers, we are interested in pushing the boundaries of what counts as ‘admissible data’ and ‘method’ in our inquiries.

In this session, will use imagery and video as participants explore three critical questions that have direct application for the quality of compassion in their work and change practice.

We will work together to consider three critical questions:

  • What does it take to be fully 'seen' to be acting with compassion in your team/organization?
  • How can we develop the capacity to fully, compassionately, 'see' others?
  • What is the experience of 'seeing yourself' compassionately?
