Meet the Speaker

Caterina Kostoula

Caterina Kostoula is an executive and team coach and founder of The Leaderpath, a leadership coaching company. She has developed Visionpath, a 6-week live program to help entrepreneurs design their life and business vision. 

Caterina has worked as a Global Business Leader at Google, where she was also a 5-star rated internal coach. She has coached leaders and teams from Google, Amazon, Vodafone, Workable, as well as several startups. 

Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Thrive Global, and her internationally best-selling book Hold Successful Meetings is part of the Penguin Expert Series. She holds an INSEAD MBA (J'09) and an MSc in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge.
