Pace, Performance and Patience

Coaching Special Interest Group

In this hour-long webinar we hear from the first British woman to climb Everest, and her leadership lessons drawn from climbing in the mountains.

Pace, Performance and Patience

Event Overview

Answer me this: would you like to do a few things well or a whole bunch of things half-heartedly? Would you prefer to be in a fit mental and physical state to give your best while also enjoying the journey, or constantly overwhelmed, on the edge of physical and emotional collapse with competing demands playing havoc in your head? It sounds extreme, but many of us are too long in this space.

In this hour-long webinar we explore how we can take back control, focusing on the horizontal axis of self-care with the same energy and intent as the vertical axis of performance. The goal is still very much to achieve our goals and make a positive contribution to society, but in a sustainable manner which is kind to ourselves, our friends and families, and our environment.
