When Noor first stepped onto Hult’s Boston campus, he already knew the power of global connection. Having been involved in the Hult Prize Foundation as a campus director, keynote speaker, and accelerator participant, he had seen first-hand the drive and creativity that fuels Hult students. What he didn’t yet know was how deeply Hult’s STEM MBA program would transform his career and inspire him to launch a company dedicated to helping startups thrive through AI.

From Hult Prize to Hult MBA
Noor’s introduction to Hult began long before his MBA application. Through his work with the Hult Prize Foundation, he had travelled from Pakistan to Boston, New York, and London, meeting students and entrepreneurs tackling global challenges. “Seeing those MBA students in action planted the seed,” he says. When the time came to choose between Hult’s London and Boston campuses, he opted for Boston.

A new skillset—and a new direction
Initially planning to take a general MBA, Noor switched to the STEM MBA, which he credits with reshaping his analytical skills. “I started from zero when it came to technology,” he recalls, “but the program sparked a hunger in me to learn more.” Those skills would become the foundation for his next venture.

Building AdifiPro LLC: AI solutions for startups
In 2022, Noor founded AdifiPro LLC, a consultancy providing AI-driven marketing automation to small teams. His goal? To help startups streamline processes—from content creation to automated email outreach—so they can do more with fewer resources. “One person can now do the job of ten,” he notes, “if they’re using the right AI tools.” However, with so many AI tools on offer, all with different expertise, small teams can start to feel overwhelmed. This is where Noor’s research began.

Groundbreaking AI research
Recognising the hype, and confusion, around generative AI, Noor conducted a year-long independent study comparing five leading AI tools for marketing and social media. Analysing over 5,000 prompts and surveying 76 marketing professionals, he uncovered surprising differences in tool performance. Even when given the same prompt, Noor identified variations in:

  • Emotional depth: Some tools excelled at empathetic, human-like messaging, others felt flat.
  • Tone consistency: Not all tools could maintain a chosen style across multiple outputs.
  • Persuasive quality: Effectiveness at convincing or inspiring action varied widely.

The “just use ChatGPT” approach isn’t the smartest, Noor says, it depends on your goals, which is why using a variety of AI tools is best.

Practical impact

Using a range of different AI tools can feel daunting to small start-ups. That’s why Noor created a framework guiding small marketing teams on which tool to use for which purpose. Want more empathy? Here’s the right tool for that. More strategy? Use this one instead. No more guesswork, just strategic focus and clarity.

Noor’s findings earned him a presentation spot at the American Marketing Association’s Summer Conference and a feature in Entrepreneur Asia Pacific.

Noor’s advice for Hult students and alumni
His message is clear: “Stay curious. Question everything. Keep learning. The market is changing quickly, and Hult’s DNA equips you to adapt.”

Looking ahead
Between his company, speaking engagements, and continued work in higher education, Noor’s days are full. But his mission remains the same, to create lasting impact for startups navigating the AI landscape. “AI isn’t going away,” he says. “The question is how responsibly and effectively we choose to use it.”
