LEGO says: "The strongest concepts will demonstrate a clear understanding of Teen culture and behavior, create meaningful engagement and deliver strong commercial success."

In practice, that means:

• One clear idea. Someone should understand it in 15 seconds.

• Comprehensive understanding: Show you understand the market, the competitors, and the trends affecting your idea.

• Real teens, not guesses. Use what you heard from teens aged 13 to 17, including things they did not like.

• A real NINJAGO Legends connection. Drive the fandom. Use the story, heroes or world, not only the logo.

• A believable plan. Say where it would be sold and what the first step would be.

• Easy to read. One idea per slide, big text, and a source for every number.

Confirm your submission meets these criteria, then submit.

• My idea is clear in one sentence.

• My slides explain the link to NINJAGO Legends.

• My slides say which teens it is for and why they would want it.

• My slides show how it makes fans love NINJAGO Legends more and brings in new fans.

• My slides say where and how teens would buy it, and how we would market it.

• My slides show that it could really be made.

• We talked to real teens aged 13 to 17 and used what they said.

• We used our own work or public sources, and every number has a source.

• No copied ideas, and no AI-made LEGO or NINJAGO artwork.

• It is one PowerPoint with 10 slides or fewer.

• The file is named with our team name.

• Our teacher or team leader has checked it.
