The HFLC is open to high school students aged 16–18. You don't need any prior business experience—just curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to take on a real challenge.

Yes, enter the 4–6 team members on the registration form.

No. Every team must be led by a teacher or counselor from your school. A student cannot serve as team leader. You'll be asked for their details during registration.

Have a few things ready: your team and school details, your time zone preference (BST or EST), and your supervisor, teacher, or counselor's name. You'll also share your team size (4–6 members) and your expected high school graduation year.

This year, teams will tackle a real business challenge set by LEGO. You'll receive the full brief on September 30 once registration has closed.

The winning team will be awarded a scholarship to study at Hult International Business School. Additional prizes and recognition will be announced as the competition progresses.
