We’re relaunching our Hult Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship at Ashridge, so we can continue meeting the demands of today’s leadership realities as well as the new apprenticeship Operations Manager Standard. 

 

Fully funded by the apprenticeship levy, here are the highlights:

Our apprentices graduate with a Level 5 Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute, an industry-recognised badge of leadership capability.

 

  1. Built on real-world application

Not only do all assignments relate back to the apprentice’s workplace, but apprentices also complete a work-based project that spans the length of the apprenticeship. Through the lens of every module, they’ll work to solve the challenge and directly benefit their business. 

 

  1. Designed for impact

From managing through change, managing multiple and remote teams, decision making, financial management, developing a collaborative culture, our modules tackle what managers need to master right now—and what they’ll face tomorrow. 

 

  1. One-to-one coaching

All our apprenticeships still include personalised coaching throughout the program. Every apprentice is supported by a progression partner to balance the demands of their busy schedule and facilitate their journey of personal and professional growth.
