The working world today is not the same as it was 20 years ago. It is not even the same as it was 5 years ago. “Today, more than ever, the only constant is change” as says Yasar Jarrar said in his article on Education for Employment. As every aspect of the world around us changes and adapts to future needs, future leaders need to be learning the knowledge and skills for tomorrow, as they study today.

Hult Professor and Partner of Bain & Company in the UAE, Yasar Jarrar, discusses his views on where things when wrong and how we can get back on track in “Education for Employment: Who Should Equip Learners for the Job Market?” in WISE.
