President of Hult International Business School
Dr. Lilley has 20 years of experience in consulting, banking, and insurance, focusing on strategy, leadership, innovation, and operations. He spent seven years as CEO of Prudential Africa, building a business with over a million customers and $200m in revenue.
Passionate about education, Dr. Lilley has been a student, teacher, governor, and board member at Sheffield Hallam University. He believes in the transformative power of education and aims to place Hult at the forefront of this change.
Dr. Lilley holds a mathematics degree and a PhD in theoretical physics from Cambridge University. He has worked with top firms like Boston Consulting Group, Sanford Bernstein, Lehman Brothers, and Prudential plc.
In his free time, he enjoys sports, wildlife photography, and learning French and the drums. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters.
Dean of Online and Partnership Programs at Hult International Business
Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Serowick, Ed.D, is the Dean of Online and Partnership Programs at Hult.
Jen has spent her career in higher education administration and has focused her research and work on adult learners. Jen has a doctorate in leadership and wholeheartedly supports Hult’s mission to grow “leaders who do” and make a positive impact.
Jen’s role as Dean includes supporting students throughout their MBA journey and working alongside the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and enjoyable MBA experience.
Global Assistant Dean of Programs
Tim LeBel, M.Ed. is the Global Assistant Dean of Programs at Hult International Business School.
With a passion for developing strategic and impactful solutions to intricate teaching and learning challenges, Tim excels in training, leadership development, curriculum design, academic operations, and collaborative program management. He brings precision to academic operations and unwavering support for both students and faculty. Tim is passionate about expanding access to high-quality education, aligning with Hult's online program mission for growing “leaders that do” and making a positive global impact.
Tim's role as Assistant Dean of Programs includes supporting global campus, enrollment, marketing, and operations teams as well as program planning, development, and implementation. Tim has previously managed Hult's online programs and has a background in international student development and adult learning.
