Since mid-March, the Hult San Francisco campus has been undergoing substantial change as the school takes over the fourth and final floor of its 1355 Sansome Street building. In addition, the campus is undergoing a lobby restructure and office reorganization. Steady construction – including major building sprints during school breaks and weekends – is starting to give way to major changes and improvements throughout campus. The final unveiling is scheduled for September 1, right before the start of the new academic year.

March 2013: The first step to taking over the top floor of the building was closing off the entire staircase, which runs through the center of the building, in order to cut through to the fourth level and construct another set of stairs.

March 18: The previous tenants vacated the fourth floor unit and cleared out all their furniture and structures, leaving a vast, empty space.
