2. Exclusive alumni pricing
Benefit from preferred rates of up to 150 EUR (per session) for the first three sessions, negotiated specifically for the Hult community.
3. Direct partnership
You’ll connect with your coach, agree on terms, and manage payment directly.
4. Request a connection
Complete the Interest Form, and we’ll introduce you to your chosen coach via a direct booking link for a complimentary 15-minute call.

Fukuko Ayama has over 10 years of experience in finance, people & culture, and leadership coaching.
She is the Global Manager of Alumni Career Programs at Hult, where she will be helping alumni navigate career transitions, job searches, and leadership development.
Fukuko specializes in career strategy, executive coaching, and recruitment for both corporate and entrepreneurial sectors.
