PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Management

With over 65 years of expertise in leadership and management training, we go far beyond the apprenticeship standard. Delivered by world-renowned faculty at Hult Ashridge, our programme equips senior professionals with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to lead with confidence, think innovatively, and make bold decisions.

Crucially, apprentices undertake an ongoing work-based project woven throughout the program, tackling real organizational challenges and delivering workplace value from day one. This project also prepares them for the End-Point Assessment.

Level up your learning with a Master's

With further options to leverage our world-class, triple-accredited business education, after successfully completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Management (including End Point Assessment, or EPA), our apprentices have the option to level up to a Master's in Leadership & Management. Like the Diploma in Leadership & Management, modules are taught by the same expert practitioner faculty as the MBA. Live sessions are onsite at Hult Ashridge campus every two months for one day. These sessions are accompanied by live webinars each month. The Ashridge Experience includes daytime refreshments, including lunch in the dining hall with cohort colleagues, and use of the wellness suite. Reduced rate accommodation is available on-site.
