The Hult Part-Time MBA: Message from the Academic Dean, Dubai Campus

Managers face a remarkable challenge today. Not only to they have to maintain and enhance their skill at a time when the world is experiencing some of the most rapid technical, social and economic change in the history of humanity, but they have to do so against a background of securing and enhancing their careers during a time of economic collapse.

This challenge is even more acute for expatriate managers in the U.A.E. Out of the job market in their home countries which are in economic turmoil, they face the need to ensure their competitiveness in a GCC market that can simply buy talent from overseas. Moreover, many of the traditional job projection and social supports of their home countries do not exist here.
