1:00 PM – Explore life at Hult Fair- Browse booths from campus teams and student life, discover clubs & societies, and explore your accommodation options with Hult House, everything you need to hit the ground running, when you’re ready to take the next step. While this is happening enjoy our Networking Lunch.
1:45 PM – Welcome & Opening with Dean Frederic Chartier- Hear from Hult Boston Dean as he officially welcomes you into the Hult community.
2:00 PM – Masterclass with Hult Professor, Caryn Pang
3:15 PM – Coffee Break- Take a breather, stretch your legs, and keep connecting.
3:30 PM – Alumni & Student Panel Q&A + Hult House & Careers Presentation- Hear real, honest stories from alumni and current students who have walked in your shoes. Then get the inside scoop on Hult House and your career support resources.
5:00 PM – Optional Campus Tours- see it all for yourself — explore the spaces where you'll learn, collaborate, and grow.

About the Masterclass
Join Dr. Caryn Pang for an engaging conversation on the power of personal branding in today's competitive landscape.
Drawing from her TEDx Talk and 15+ years of experience as a retail executive and marketing professor, Dr. Pang will share how to craft an authentic personal brand that you can leverage for opportunities. Whether you're launching your career or leveling up, this session will give you the tools to stand out.
Caryn Pang, Ph.D. is an esteemed faculty member at Hult International Business School in Boston and Parsons School of Design in NYC. She has over 15 years of experience as a retail business executive and has consulted for international businesses, which has enabled her to impart her knowledge of marketing, branding, and business fundamentals to her students.
Dr. Pang has worked with several leading retail companies like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, TJX Corporation, and Macy's. She integrates the latest business and marketing strategies into her classroom teachings to equip her students with practical skills to prepare them for the industry. Dr. Pang's research focuses on cross-cultural consumer consumption and business strategies at the intersection of hospitality and retail. She earned her Ph.D. from Iowa State University.
Dr. Pang is a 2024 recipient of the ExW ExtraOrdinary Women Award from the Mayor of Boston’s Office of Women’s Advancement. In 2024 Dr. Pang spoke at the inaugural fashion and beauty track for the SXSW Conference. Her presentation was about the positive impact of mutual mentorship and how strong communities can be formed through mentorship. In 2025 she spoke about the future of consumerism and emerging trends at SXSW. Dr. Pang is also a TEDx Talk speaker.
