The Hult Business Challenge is the opportunity for your students to explore the world of business by consulting for a real-life company. In this challenge, students from multiple schools across Europe will work over eight weeks to come up with a business solution for a real-world client. Students will bring their fresh and diverse solutions to the company, while developing their business understanding and soft skills.
The timeline:
The Hult Business Challenge will last eight weeks, from September to November.
September 24: Challenge kick-off
Week of September 27: Masterclass with Hult professor.
October 19: First client touchpoint. This is their chance to ask for more information and feedback on their work so far from the client
Week of November 1: Country regional pitching competition. Students will present a solution to the client in the first round against their country peers. The top teams per country will advance to the final.
November 20: Final pitch! The top teams have a second opportunity to convince the client of their solution and win!
What is the time commitment for the students?
Students participating in the challenge will work independently in their teams to come up with a solution for the challenge. We expect that students will commit four hours every week to this, on top of the hours committed to the five events happening over the course of the challenge, from September to November.
Why should students participate?
The prize:
Each member of the winning team will receive a £10,500 GBP scholarship over the course of three years to study at Hult International Business School in our bachelor’s program!
