About Executive and Career Coaching

Executive Coaching addresses and supports the following:

  • Development of effective leadership capabilities by understanding personal impact and leadership style
  • Personal development as a result of 360 feedback or other performance-related assessments or information
  • Career development in line with succession planning/targeted roles or future career aspirations
  • Identifying business problems and through improved thinking determining strategic interventions that will optimise performance

Career Coaching addresses and supports the following:

  • Knowing and understanding personal values & motivated skills
  • Identifying skills, strengths and development needs
  • Creating a structured and focused Individual Career Development Plan
  • Identifying personal brand and understanding how to communicate it internally and externally
  • Networking: building internal and external networks that can support individuals in their career journey

Our Offer

  • Three one-to-one coaching sessions with award-winning, experienced Global Program Manager, James Morrison
  • Each coaching session lasts one hour
  • The virtual coaching sessions will take place between May and September 2020

Who is eligible?

Our Coach

James Morrison is an award-winning, experienced Global Program Manager/Strategist with 15+ years of diverse leadership and team building experience across numerous industries. For the past 12 years, Morrison’s most notable accomplishments have been in the education sector where he has engaged in strategic program design and development.

James has managed outreach and recruitment programs, and career development programs in both business and higher education settings. In his leadership roles, he has provided strategic direction to global career services functions including: undergraduate, graduate, alumni relations, recruiting, employer relations, marketing and career education design as well as consistently achieved 90% job placement rates. In addition to his expertise helping international students navigate a complicated US job market, his industry expertise include Finance, Government, Higher Education and Non-Profit.
