Lauren Piontkoski is the Head of Career Development for Hult’s North America campuses in San Francisco and Boston and leads a talented team of campus coaching professionals in Undergraduate, Masters, and Dual Degree Career Development. In collaboration with our Corporate Relations teams, we ensure Hult students career readiness and employability strategies are aligned to secure their career goals.

Lauren is an innovative and dedicated education management professional with an extensive background in higher education encompassing academic leadership, teaching, and developing strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Lauren is actively involved with consortiums and industry leaders to ensure knowledge of best practices regarding technology, scalability and the future of work.

Nav Dutta

Nav has spent the past 18 years supporting the career and professional development of management talent through his work with global retail giant Walmart and graduate students at Hult International Business School. Combining experience in operations, program management, HR and facilitation, Nav brings a thoughtful, practical and innovative approach to career development.

As a certified Designing Your Life Coach, he is passionate about utilizing the renowned design thinking framework developed at Stanford’s, to help individuals design the careers and lives they want. Nav is a firm believer that the world will be a better place when knowledge is shared, and skills are developed, with those who are less fortunate or disadvantaged. He spends a portion of his time volunteering with Boston’s Career Collaborative, a not-for-profit workforce development program, where he conducts employability skills training with adults job seekers.
