Group Coaching: Career Development

Congratulations, you are granted a Group Coaching session prior to the start of your Executive MBA, Hybrid MBA, or Live Online MBA program with Hult. This session is a kick-start for Hult's leadership program and Nav Dutta, Head of Corporate Relations, will cover career development topics, including career vision, progression, acceleration, and internal and external career needs. You will discuss in small groups your personal career stage & vision, and the motivation behind studying for an EMBA, Hybrid MBA, or Live Online MBA. This workshop is also an opportunity to network with other incoming students around the world.

Nav Dutta:

Nav has spent the past 18 years supporting the career and professional development of management talent through his work with global retail giant Walmart and graduate students at Hult International Business School. Combining experience in operations, program management, HR, and facilitation, Nav brings a thoughtful, practical, and innovative approach to career development.

As a certified Designing Your Life Coach, he is passionate about utilizing the renowned design thinking framework developed at Stanford’s, to help individuals design the careers and lives they want. Nav is a firm believer that the world will be a better place when knowledge is shared, and skills are developed, with those who are less fortunate or disadvantaged. He spends a portion of his time volunteering with Boston’s Career Collaborative, a not-for-profit workforce development program, where he conducts employability skills training with adult job seekers.

Career development sessions will include:
