Dr. Selina Neri:
Dr. Selina Neri is Professor of Management and Corporate Governance at HULT International Business School (Dubai and London), where she designs and teaches post- graduate and executive education courses in corporate governance, business ethics, global leadership, talent management, marketing & society and luxury marketing. In 2020 Dr. Selina won the Best Professor of the Year award for the HULT London campus and the HULT Faculty of the Year award. Her most recent research focuses on boards of directors’ engagement and corporate purpose. Her latest research has been published in the Academy of Management Proceedings (2020), the European Academy of Management Proceedings (2020), the Hawkamah Journal (2020), and in other peer-reviewed books and journals including the Encyclopaedia of Sustainable Management (2020) edited by Springer, Business Ethics: A European Review (2019), the Journal of Studies in International Higher Education (2019), the Journal of Higher Education Policy and Management (2018) and The International Journal of Management Education (2018).
For over 26 years Dr. Selina has worked in executive management in the technology industry. She has served as Non-Executive Director in the travel industry and is a senior advisor in the areas of corporate governance and business ethics. Dr. Selina was featured in “The Female FTSE Board Report 2016: 100 Women to Watch”, published by Financial Times and Cranfield School of Management for the UK Government (Lord Davies Review).
Dr. Selina holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from The British University in Dubai (UAE), an M.B.A. from the University of Clemson (USA) and B.A. in Economics from the University of Parma (Italy). She is fluent in four languages and a resident of Dubai.
