About the workshop:
Leadership matters. At a time of unprecedented uncertainty and volatility, a radically human mindset shift is needed to effectively lead companies and communities. Thinking only about business success in business terms is no longer possible. This is the age of complex stakeholder relationships, unprecedented disruption, political upheaval, a microscopic pathogen creating a global pandemic, the climate crisis, social activism, and a crisis of trust towards governments and businesses. A radically human, global leadership shift is needed to create and lead healthy eco-systems in which business and society can strive through transformation and reinvention. This session will explore what radically human leadership means and what this shift requires. We will explore the role of corporate purpose, environmental and social governance, humanity, emotional and cultural intelligence in leading radically human organizations that serve the business as well as society.
Welcome to “Radically Human: the Global Leadership Shift”
