About the class
The objective of this masterclass is to provide students with the fundamental insights for working in a multicultural environment, specifically in teams.
You will learn about the advantages and challenges that people face working in cross cultural teams ( in companies and in your Hult education).
The sessions will be practically oriented with loads of examples based on theory and experience.
Professor Jean Vanhoegaerden
Jean is a professor of practice at Ashridge/Hult Business School and is responsible for design and delivery of international executive programs, and is responsible for the Leadership, Leading Change and Leading Globally syllabus on UG, MBA and EMBA programs ( in London, New York, and Dubai campus)
He teaches International management: eg. sessions around globalization, global leadership and managing cross-cultural differences on individual, team and organizational level.
Jean speaks regularly at in-company conferences around these topics. Jean has consulted numerous firms in Europe, and has taught executive courses in North and Latin America, Europe, Singapore, South Africa, Australia and the Middle and the Far East.
He also was visiting professor at Fuqua school of business at Duke University in Raleigh Durham, NC, USA and now also teaches at Gordon Institute of Business Science in Johannesburg, Vlerick Business school Gent and the Hong Kong University of science and technology.
His responsibilities at Ashridge are mainly in developing and delivering management development programs for international clients.
