About the class
This one hour course will introduce the concept of Growth Mindset. Growth Mindset is a term developed and popularized by Dr. Carol Dweck. Dr. Dweck’s research let her contrast a Fixed Mindset and a Growth Mindset and demonstrate the impact of mindset on actions, impacts and results. Her key insight is that we can help ourselves and others to choose a Growth Mindset framing in order to improve our own results and improvement.
At Hult, we have continued to embed the concept of Growth Mindset in our classes and to relate what having a growth mindset means in today’s world and in the workplace. This class will give you a new view on your own learning and development.
• Understanding the impact of Growth Mindset in work and career.
• Techniques for developing the ability to choosing the framing and mindset you have in given situations.
