Meet Hult alumni Julian Baladurage (MIB, 2013) and Toni Horn (MFIN, 2013), as they talk about their entrepreneurial journey.
Julian is a startup founder with 5+ years of experience in running a high growth tech-startup, growing a team from 2 to more than 50 full-time employees across 3 continents. Managed the fund-raising process of +£1 million and won the ‘London Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. Forbes New York Business Council Member and Columnist. A regular speaker and lecturer at events and institutions such as the European Commission, the European Innovation Fund, London Business School and Berenberg Academy.
Created and managed a three-year strategic plan and worked with all areas of business on strategic direction and tactical issues. Board-level expertise in building companies and working with early-stage startups, through their entire lifecycle. Proven track record in venture identification, growth strategies and financial modelling. Featured and quoted in TechCrunch, Forbes, Wired, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Handelsblatt, ARD, BBC and Medium.
Toni is an entrepreneur by heart and has acquired a wealth of experience through building tech companies and managing cross-functional global teams. After growing and establishing his company MBJ, he joined Fjord as part of Accenture Interactive and is currently leading Go-to Market (GTM) for UK&I. Additionally, he is passionate about ‘The Future of Work’ and has been invited to speak at various conferences, most recently at Dropbox Connect and Microsoft Envision in London.
