Professor Margareta James’s firm belief that your mindset makes or breaks you inspires her coaching and teaching philosophy. Drawing from her business, psychology and neuroscience background she enables current and future leaders to get the results they seek through maximizing their potential and ultimate wellbeing. She has a wealth of experience globally, working with senior executives from the most prestigious international corporations to privately-held and family-led enterprises.
Margareta is a Behavioral and Emotional Wellbeing Specialist, with two decades of experience as a personal development consultant, speaker, advisor, coach and mentor. She has extensive experience designing and delivering executive level learning and development programs. Margareta has worked with a wide range of organizations, including Rolls Royce, 3M, Arthur J Gallagher, BAE Systems, DSG International PLC, Experian, Ford, Google, Microsoft, IBM, KPMG, McDonalds, Siemens, Vodafone and many others.
Her approach has been developed through many years of study, research and, most importantly, real life experiences. Margareta’s work and thinking has attracted much media interest via various media channels, newspapers and magazines including the BBC, MTV1 and many more.
In addition to her extensive experience in coaching, designing and delivering bespoke learning solutions, Margareta is also the Founder and Director of the Harley Street Wellbeing Clinic. She is sought after by people all over the world, including elite sport professionals, family businesses and royalty. All of her individual and group programs are bespoke, exclusive and designed to maximize impact and bring out the very best in everyone she works with.
