About the class
For many of us, this is the first time we are facing a global crisis of such scale, and this undoubtedly affects how we work, study and feel. In the past few weeks, we’ve seen many people going into panic working, panic communicating, panic exercising in response to the suddenly changing working and living conditions. While it’s an instinctive reaction, it’s crucial to maintain the balance in order to stay resilient, efficient and healthy.
In this session, I will talk about best practices of working from home and, most importantly, the tips and tricks that have helped me maintain the work-life balance while isolating.
