Cultivating grit – the persistence and perseverance to achieve goals – is critical during times of transition. In this interactive Master Class, Professor Campagna will discuss core elements of personal development and growth mindset that can contribute to student success and persistence. We’ll examine the unique Hult DNA framework and explore techniques for time management, self-organization and self-control. By the end of the session, you’ll be on your way to identifying goals for personal achievement.

Professor Pamela Campagna MBA, CMC, CMS

Pamela Campagna is a Professor of Practice at HULT, teaching courses in leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship and communications. Pamela is also an Adjunct at Ashridge Executive Education and has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at several universities. Her research focuses on team formation and personal success, as well as women in leadership. Pamela combines education and practice as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) who is passionate about working with clients and students to drive strategic, professional development and operational results. Pamela’s career has included successful work in industry settings as a product management director, marketer, management consultant and entrepreneur in global technology and services organizations. Her firm, BLUE SAGE Consulting, Inc. is a certified woman-owned boutique business consulting firm specializing in global strategy, business optimization & resource development.
