Rob Anthony, Professor of Management
Professor Anthony has pursued a dual career as a general management consultant and an educator. As a consultant, he has a broad practice in assisting global corporate clients in the areas of change management, strategy innovation, and leadership development. His experience includes working with executives, groups, and teams across levels, functions, industries, and geographies to develop competitive visions, solve problems, implement strategies, and build capabilities. Rob has industry experience as a product manager in the consumer products industry and as a venture capitalist. As an educator, Rob has taught at the Hult International Business School in all programs and campuses. Courses have included Organization Behavior, Leadership Immersion, Operations Management, Strategy, and Managing Emerging Technologies. While at Hult, Rob also has served as a Campus Dean and as Global Dean of Programs. Rob's experience includes teaching management courses at Harvard University and executive programs at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. Previously, Rob was a researcher at Harvard University. Rob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB, magna cum laude, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. He is qualified to the Dissertation stage in the Bentley University PhD program.
