Exclusive LinkedIn ranking recognizes schools that best set up alumni for career growth and success.

Hult International Business School has once again been ranked a Top MBA Program by LinkedIn, coming in at number #31 on the list for the second year in a row.

The annual ranking is determined by exclusive LinkedIn data that highlights the global MBA programs that best set up alumni for long-term career success. Hult’s 2025 ranking of #31 out of 100 top schools illustrates our ability to prepare students for future success and to set Hult alumni on the right path in their chosen careers. Professional outcomes of alumni—such as post-MBA jobs, ascending roles within companies, and building strong professional networks—play an outsized role when determining which global schools deliver on students’ desired outcomes.

“LinkedIn’s Top MBA list shines a spotlight on schools whose graduates go on to achieve meaningful, sustained career growth, thanks to the skills, networks, and opportunities they gain during the program. The ranking is designed to be a practical guide for prospective students, offering a data-driven look at career outcomes and how alumni are building their careers after graduation,” said Laura Lorenzetti, Executive Editor at LinkedIn.

LinkedIn’s Top MBA Program ranking analyzes five criteria related to career success: hiring and demand, ability to advance, network strength, leadership potential, and diversity. The 2025 LinkedIn Top MBA list ranks full-time, accredited MBA programs across the globe.

Methodology for the list focuses on five key areas:

Hiring and demand: tracking job placement rates and labor market demand, as well as percentage of recent graduate cohorts (from 2019-2024) who secured full-time work within the same year of graduation.

Ability to advance: measuring promotion rates among recent graduate cohorts, and how quickly alumni have reached director or VP-level leadership roles.

Network strength: measuring network depth and peer connections, network quality, rate of growth, and specific connections to director-level professionals or higher.

Leadership potential: measuring the percentage of alumni with post-MBA C-Suite or entrepreneurship experience.

Gender diversity: measuring gender parity within recent graduate cohorts.

According to LinkedIn, the four pillars focused on professional outcomes each carry a weight of 1.0; the gender parity pillar is weighted at 0.5.
