Join our webinar

Line managers are the single biggest driver of productivity, wellbeing and retention in the workplace—yet too many step into the role with no formal training. As a result, one in two employees say their manager is the reason they leave.

Join us for a practical, insights-packed webinar, co-hosted with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to discover how you can use levy funding to build confident, capable line managers.
