Admissions Requirements

Our transformative undergraduate degrees build the professional and human skills that the future demands. Each offers a distinct pathway and the same core promise: a truly global, hands-on education that prepares students for the real world after graduation.

Entry requirements:
What we look for

We’re looking for students who aspire to make an impact—in their communities, their careers, and the world. The ideal candidates combine curiosity, passion, and drive, and are eager to challenge themselves, grow as leaders, and make a meaningful difference.

We know they're more than a test score: Motivation and mindset are as important to us as academic achievement. SAT/ACT scores are optional.

How we assess applications

We take a holistic approach to admissions—looking at academic achievement and each student's potential to thrive in a practical, collaborative environment.

What students need to provide:

  • Transcript

  • One academic reference

  • English proficiency evidence (if applicable)

  • Personal assessment interview

  • SAT/ACT optional

Scholarships and financial aid

Funding is an important consideration for many students and families when choosing an undergraduate program. Hult offers financial support across three categories:

  • Merit-based scholarships: Every incoming student is automatically considered, with no separate application required. Awards are based on factors including academic achievement, leadership, and potential. Students are informed of any scholarship at the time of admission.

  • Need-based institutional aid: Available to students who demonstrate financial need. To be considered, students should submit the CSS Profile or FAFSA, where applicable. Their enrollment adviser will support them throughout the process.

  • Automatic grants: Additional grants may apply automatically when students meet specific eligibility criteria.

Scholarships and grants may be combined, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

Hult Scholar Grant:

The Hult Scholar Grant is a highly competitive award for students who demonstrate exceptional personal achievement, intellectual promise, and strong Hult DNA. Each year, we are committed to offering this opportunity to 10% of our incoming undergraduate class.

It requires a separate application and supplemental materials, including an essay, an additional letter of recommendation, and submission of their CSS Profile.
