“It felt like coming home to myself”—Tinka’s story

Woman in a white shirt sits in a chair, gesturing with both hands while engaged in conversation in a bright room.

“I joined the Ashridge online master’s in coaching from my home in Belgium because I was looking for something more profound—something that would deepen my coaching skills in a way that truly resonated with who I am.

From the very first session, I felt it: the theoretical depth, the strong focus on relational aspects, the feeling that this method already aligned with me.

One of the greatest advantages for me was being able to study with Ashridge without travelling to the UK for every session. The programme is already wonderfully intense—doing it online meant I could fully immerse myself in the learning while balancing my professional and personal life.

I also realised that a significant part of executive coaching today happens online. This programme didn’t just prepare me for that reality—it helped me master it.

Studying this way allowed me to work with peers from across the world, each bringing different perspectives and experiences, enriching my learning even further.

If you’re curious about Ashridge’s pioneering relational approach but need the flexibility to study from where you are, this programme makes it possible. You can access world-class teaching, connect with a diverse global network, and develop as a coach—without leaving home.”
