Dr Ted Ladd
Dr. Ted Ladd is a Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Hult International Business School, specializing in business models for high-tech startups. He has co-founded seven Silicon Valley startups, including one acquired by Google, and has held key academic leadership roles at Hult. He also teaches at Harvard and has previously taught at Stanford and Copenhagen Business School. Dr. Ladd holds advanced degrees from Case Western Reserve, Wharton, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell.
Prof. Luis Escamilla
Prof. Luis Escamilla has over 20 years of experience in IT and construction technology, including leading data and AI projects for major firms like Sanofi, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble. Since 2023, he has been directing a large-scale digital transformation at UC Berkeley, upgrading 60 legacy systems. A graduate of Hult’s MBA program (Dubai Class of 2010), he is currently completing his PhD in Social Economics, with a thesis defense expected in 2025.
Prof. Larry Louie
Larry Louie is a Global Professor at Hult, where he teaches finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship. He formerly served as Dean of the San Francisco campus and played a key role in redesigning Hult’s graduate programs. Prior to Hult, he taught at the University of San Francisco, earning awards for teaching and student advocacy. With 25 years of industry experience, he held leadership roles at Bain & Company, KPMG, and several startups. Larry earned degrees from Stanford and UC Berkeley and supports community entrepreneurship through La Cocina.
