About the masterclass

Ethical Influence at Work: How to Influence Without Power, Pressure, or Favors

Influence is one of the most valuable leadership skills, yet many people assume it requires a senior title or a favor to call in. In this masterclass, Dr. Amanda Nimon-Peters, Cambridge PhD, Hult Professor of Leadership, and Author of Working With Influence, shows how to influence people through trust, clear communication, and an understanding of how people make decisions. Drawing on behavioral science and her experience as a senior leader, Dr. Nimon-Peters will help you build influence that is credible, respectful, and lasting.

After this session, you'll walk away knowing:

  • The behavioral science behind how people respond to influence

  • How to persuade and lead without relying on authority, pressure, or favors

  • How to build ethical influence habits that strengthen trust and relationships in your professional network
