About the speaker

Dr. Kate Abraham is the assistant dean of the Hult DBA program. With a Doctorate in Business Administration and experience across several higher education institutions, she brings a deep understanding of the executive doctoral journey—from admissions and coursework to research development and graduation.

As both an administrator and a former DBA student, Dr. Abraham offers valuable insights into successfully navigating DBA programs and progressing toward a meaningful doctoral contribution. Her research often focuses on the intersection of human experiences and technology. Her doctoral qualitative study on SMEs in Nigeria examined digital marketing implementation from the perspective of attentional processing and organizational behavior.

She has also contributed to research projects across Hult’s Research Impact Labs. Outside of her work at Hult, Dr. Abraham balances education consulting projects with her passion for exploring cultures through travel, as well as her love of collecting murder mystery novels and playing video games.
