Too many marketing decisions start with the product: what we have, what we want to sell, and how to promote it. This masterclass shifts the starting point. You will learn how to move beyond "What are we selling?" and toward the questions that drive results: Who are we serving, what do they really need, and why should they care?
What You'll Explore
Why consumer-centric marketing outperforms product-led thinking
How to uncover the real needs, motivations, and barriers of your target audience
How to translate audience insight into clear, relevant messages and decisions
