Carlos Serrano Fehrs is an experienced professional in high-risk, investment-intensive oilfield projects. He excels in project planning, execution, and client relationship management. With expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and customer service management, Carlos aligns financial and operational activities to achieve strategic goals. His international experience spans Germany, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the USA, Colombia, and Argentina.

Jasper is an Account Executive at LinkedIn New York, specializing in Learning & Development solutions. He has held various leadership roles at LinkedIn, including Senior Account Director and Account Director, where he helped mid-market companies in the Netherlands optimize talent acquisition strategies. Prior to LinkedIn, Jasper was recognized as Regional EA of the Year at EF Education First, where he drove significant growth in the BeNeLuX region.

Ines has significant international exposure, and vast design and business development experience: Ex-Herman Miller employee and proud Ex-Regional Ambassador of the MillerKnoll Foundation.
After three academic terms in Dubai and New York, to pursue a Master of Science in International Business at Hult International Business School, and simultaneously undertake a Careers & Corporate Relations internship, now based in Boston to complete a Master of Science in Business Analytics.

Jad Saade holds a Master’s in International Marketing from Hult International Business School. With expertise in sales, communication, and client servicing, he excels at building trust-based relationships and positively impacting those around him. Today, he works in Dubai as a Team Manager at Aramex, the biggest logistics company in the Middle East.
