All double rooms are modern and bright. Shared between two people, each room has a wall-to-wall window offering a city view with natural light, along with two single beds. Each student will have their own comfortable bed, side table, lamp, and access to all amenities. The apartment will be shared between five students and includes a kitchen, social area, laundry facility, and two bathrooms.

Rent includes laundry (in unit), gym access, indoor and outdoor community spaces, quiet study spaces, and 24/7 concierge.

If you are looking for the independence of your own space, our single rooms offer full visual privacy in the form of a built-in partition. The partition separates your space from the kitchen/living room, and provides great storage space. Payment Terms

Below, please find an outline of what payments are due for your housing and what they cover. Each student will sign a License Agreement, which is a formal agreement required by all students prior to moving in. For complete information on terms and conditions, please refer to your License Agreement which will be sent to you after you reserve your room.

Payments due for housing:

Housing deposit

A non-refundable deposit of USD 1,000 is required to reserve your preferred room type. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due for your Housing Fee.

If you have already confirmed your place at Hult, to secure your room, simply click on the "Reserve Now" button on the [rooms & pricing page]. You will be taken to your online account where you can choose your room. Please note, if you are a new student to Hult, you will need your Hult login credentials that are sent to you upon confirming.

If you have not already confirmed your place at Hult, you may express interest in a room type by joining our waitlist.

Housing fee

The fee to stay for the desired length in your chosen room type. Our Rincon Hill apartments include all furniture and utilities as part of your stay.

Your Housing Fee is due on the same schedule as your Program Fee.

Damage deposit

A separate deposit of USD 1,000 will also show up on your financial statement. This money will be refunded to you once you have moved out of your dorm or apartment as long as you did not damage your room. Normal wear and tear is considered reasonable, but money from this deposit may be used if furniture is damaged due to negligence or the room is deemed to be left in need of deep cleaning. This will be discussed with a student before money is withheld.

Cancellation/refund policy

All Housing deposits are non-refundable with the exception of those paid by new undergraduate students. Deposits paid by new undergraduate students are refundable until May 1 after which then they are non-refundable.

What's included in my room?

Students will find each room is equipped with the following:

  • Twin (single) bed for dorm rooms / full bed for apartments
  • Storage for clothing
  • Bedside table with lamp

What's not included?

  • Linens (sheets, blankets, towels)
  • Cookware (pots/pans)
  • Flatware (forks, spoons, knives)
  • Artwork/decorations

When can I move in?

All arrival information will be made available to you on your myHult account ( but move-in dates are generally one-two days before new student registration.

Can I choose my room?

You may choose your room type, but your floor, room, and specific room number will be given to you upon check-in.

If I am staying in a shared room, how can I find a roommate?

Our housing team is happy to help find you a roommate. Prior to arrival, a roommate preference form will be sent out to everyone who has requested a shared room via email. The form covers questions on your general living preferences. With this information, we match you to the most compatible roommate available. Roommates will then be introduced via email prior to move-in to get better acquainted.

You can also request to share a room with a specific person within the roommate form. The request must be made by both parties. Specific roommate requests are not guaranteed.

What is a Student Housing License Agreement ("License Agreement")?

The License Agreement is the formal agreement that you will be required to review and sign in order to complete your reservation. The License Agreement details the obligations of both you as the Licensee and Hult International Business School as the Licensor. Your License Agreement will be sent to you following your payment of the deposit and prior to your check-in date.

When are payments due?

Your license fee follows the same payment plan as your program fees. If you only book for the academic year, you will have an opportunity to extend your booking to include the summer terms (subject to availability).

What is the cancellation policy?

Prior to completing your License Agreement, any requests to cancel or amend a booking must be submitted in writing to the Hult Housing team. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel any time after the cancellation period. Your full cancellation terms will be included in your License Agreement.

Who owns and manages this accommodation?

388 Beale and 399 Fremont are owned and operated by UDR. Inc. Hult International Business School is not involved in the management or operations of this accommodation.
